Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day go out the same day; anything after that goes the next business day.
- Standard (3-5 business days) — $4.95, free on orders over $35
- Expedited (2 business days) — $12.95
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.
Returns
If something arrives damaged, melted or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to send it back.
Because these are food products, we can't accept returns on bars you've simply changed your mind about. If a flavour isn't for you, tell us anyway — we'd rather know.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn't moved in five business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier or send a replacement.
