Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock or a price has been listed in error.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already accepted.

Products

We try to display our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary. Nutritional information is provided as a guide; the label on the product is authoritative.

Health

Our products are food, not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or allergy, check the ingredient list and speak to a healthcare professional.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
